The Village Golf Shop has been the leading golf equipment and apparel retailer in the White Sulphur Springs and Greenbrier area of SE West Virginia since we opened 4 years ago. We have continually provided our customers with excellent service and products. Selling thousands of golf clubs a year, we also provide swing analysis and golf lessons utilizing our Zelocity Launch-Monitor. And in 2006, we opened a new outdoor putt-putt course on our White Sulphur Springs premises - c'mon over and have some fun putting around the obstacles on our new artificial turf course!
Founded by golf enthusiast and Greenbrier member Libby Cherrington, along with the help of longtime Greenbrier assistant pro Joe Darnell, The Village Golf Shop’s objective is to provide golf enthusiasts with top-quality name-brand equipment and apparel at affordable prices. Our associates are knowledgeable and endeavor to help our customers get more enjoyment and satisfaction from the game of golf.
The Village Golf Shop - now open in the Hilton Head area!
Building on our success in the Greenbriar resort area of WV, we have opened a second shop in the Sheridan Park shopping center in Bluffton, SC, just inland from Hilton Head Island, SC, along US 278 (see map). Our new location is the first in the Lowcountry area to provide K Vest instruction and practice sessions, as well as the V1 golf instruction video software! It also provides more of the products and services needed by women golfers who live in or visit the Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah area, including:
